The award aims to recognises global service leaders who set themselves apart through their commitment to service excellence and meaningful impact on their teams, customers and industries. Winners are nominated by peers and selected by a panel of judges from across the service industry.
With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial catering equipment and hospitality industry, Fearon has demonstrated an ‘exceptional’ ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.
He has further strengthened his team’s capabilities by facilitating development trips to Unox’s factory at its HQ in Italy, giving engineers first-hand experience and insight into the company’s innovation culture.
