With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial catering equipment and hospitality industry, Fearon has demonstrated an ‘exceptional’ ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.
He has further strengthened his team’s capabilities by facilitating development trips to Unox’s factory at its HQ in Italy, giving engineers first-hand experience and insight into the company’s innovation culture.
Commenting on the news, Fearon said: “I am truly honoured to be recognised in the Stand Out 50 Awards. This achievement is a reflection not only of my efforts but of the incredible team I have the privilege to lead and work with at Unox.
“Together, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of service excellence, from investing in training and education to creating programmes that celebrate and share expertise. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about the opportunities ahead to continue making a positive impact for our customers and the industry.”
