Abstract
National contract caterer Wilson Vale has announced its Social Enterprise UK partnership, confirming its goal to join forces with businesses that put at least half of their profits into social or environmental projects.

Wilson Vale’s ESG report on their commitments and progress – The Full Works, includes social responsibility actions such as social enterprise engagement, sustainability events and hospitality action collaborations as well as environmental commitment initiatives like its solar-powered head office, fully electric fleet programme, zero single-use plastic and site-based composting and recycling.

Andy Daly, head of corporate partnerships at Social Enterprise UK, commented:We have had some very encouraging initial conversations around the work Wilson Vale is already doing to ‘Buy Social’ and we look forward to working together to build on this and drive further support for the UK’s growing movement of social enterprises.”

Wilson Vale specialises in high quality catering predominantly within business and industry and independent school markets, employing 650 people and working with over 300 British suppliers.
