The PSC Expo will include an exhibition of over 100 suppliers as well as a lively speaker programme and informative cooking demonstrations. The Expo is free-to-attend to those working within a public sector catering environment.
Key features of the Expo:
- Public Sector Catering Kitchen: will feature cookery demonstrations from public sector chefs working across the industry.
- Speaker programme: Leading experts and commentators from across the sector will discuss the key issues and topics facing public sector caterers in a series of seminar sessions.
- Central exhibition area: where you can meet with the key associations representing the public sector catering industry.
The event is unique because it brings together buyers, decision makers and influencers from across the entire industry. Attendees will be from a variety of sectors including schools, hospitals, care homes, universities, prisons, the armed forces and catering colleges.
Like the 2023 version, Exercise Joint Caterer (EJC) will once again be taking place alongside the Expo. EJC is the flagship event for Armed Forces chefs and catering teams. It is a tri-service competition with a wide range of culinary classes that showcase the role military caterers play in the delivery of an effective armed force.
The competition attracts hundreds of chefs from across the forces, many of whom will be competing and supporting their colleagues. EJC is renowned in the industry for generating a vibrant and exciting energy that will inspire visitors and exhibitors alike.
The Public Sector Catering Expo is supported by ASSIST FM, the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA), LACA, TUCO, National Association of Care Caterers (NACC) and PACE.
The speaker programme, demonstration slots and further details will be announced in the coming weeks.
