Created to appeal to hospitality outlets looking to satisfy customers seeking indulgent moments, Bridor’s mini filled croissants are suitable for breakfast and on-the-go occasions. Suitable for every moment of consumption and a variety of uses, the new products are available in a 40g, ready-to-bake format.
The flavours include:
- Cocoa and Hazelnut Croissant – designed to offer the height of indulgence with a generous chocolate-chip topping to intensify the cocoa flavours
- Filled Apricot Croissant- has a fruity and slightly tangy notes
- Filled Raspberry Croissant- features a stand-out, crispy pink sugar topping
