Abstract
French patisserie producer, Brioche Pasquier, has launched a range of classic French Macarons available to UK foodservice operators.

The box of 36 frozen assorted Parisian Macarons are made in France following a traditional recipe and classic French method. Free from preservatives and artificial flavours, two crisp almond shells are sandwiched together with a flavoured filling.

The assorted box includes vanilla, pistachio, coffee, raspberry, lemon and chocolate varieties.

These Macarons can be served as part of a dessert menu, as an accompaniment to coffee or individually as a treat and are suitable for use in a wide range of outlet types from caterers, hotels, restaurants and pubs; to cafés, coffee shops and snack bars,

With a shelf-life of 18 months from frozen, these classic French Macarons from Brioche Pasquier defrost in just an hour at room temperature or two hours in a refrigerator.

Brioche Pasquier is a French family business that manufactures and sells fresh and frozen pastries and patisserie, with traditional products such as croissants, pain au chocolat, filled brioche, macaroons, éclairs and tarts.
