Buffalo’s latest accelerated cooking range includes two innovative high-speed ovens designed to improve efficiency and consistency in busy foodservice environments. The High Speed Oven combines tuned impingement, microwave and convection technologies to cook food up to 12 times faster than traditional ovens.

Buffalo has also introduced a High Speed Convection Oven, capable of cooking paninis in just one minute 40 seconds. Using forced convection and high-velocity air impingement, it delivers rapid output without compromising quality.
Wi-Fi cloud connectivity and USB functionality enable quick menu updates and recipe sharing across multiple sites. Both ovens are easy to clean, featuring wipeable stainless steel interiors and convenient maintenance features for faster end-of-service cleaning.
