Research shows that diners rate chicken fajitas as the most popular Mexican recipe. And now Love Joes Foodservice has teamed up with Discovery to create another marinated chicken in the shape of the Mexican Fajita Chicken.
Operations manager Toni Koumi said: “Caterers now have it all wrapped up with our new additions including sliced Jalapeno Peppers, Soured Cream, Mexican Salsa, Guacamole, Cheese Sauce, and of course Tortilla Wraps and Casa Fiesta Taco Shells to make Mexican meals easy.
“We’ve been working long and hard to make this a range that people will just love to eat and caterers will love to work with. Schools, colleges and contract caterers will certainly appreciate the ease with which they can create sensational wraps, tacos or burritos in literally seconds using the chicken already marinated in a blend of herbs and spices.”
