Hoshizaki, kitchen and foodservice equipment manufacturer, has launched the Snowflake GII refrigeration range.
The range has been developed to suit the complex, varied needs of chefs and caterers in the foodservice industry. It features cabinets with reversible doors, counters that provide prep space and removable door gaskets with easy to clean interiors.
