Victor Manufacturing says that its hot cupboards are known for quality, reliability and robust performance while being a common sight across all sectors of the hospitality industry.
As well as a full electric range, Victor also manufactures gas model versions in its heavy-duty, plain-top Peer and Sceptre bains marie hot cupboard ranges.
These units can be used with natural gas or LPG and are third-party certificated and CE-marked in line with the EC directive. Gas models feature a combined spark ignition, flame failure and thermostatic control. Units have a standard BSP gas connection.
