Abstract
Valentine is expanding its portfolio with the inclusion of the new Vito VL- the largest model in the brand’s portable range.

Designed for high-footfall sites, the Vito VL can filter up to 100 litres of oil per minute and just like other models in the company’s range, provides microfiltration up to 5 µm (200µin), removing even the smallest particles from the cooking oil.

Weighing in at just under 9kg, the Vito VL is placed directly into the hot oil (up to 200°c), where a quick 4-minute cycle significantly extends the lifespan of oil. Without the need for any additional chemicals, the Vito VL helps to preserve the optimal taste, colour and texture of fried foods, removing food particles and harmful carbon from the oil.

An operator can reduce oil costs by as much as 50%, while also enhancing safety, reducing workload and help contribute to a more sustainable environment by reducing a site’s carbon footprint.

Steve Elliott, sales director at Valentine & CuisinEquip, said: “Vito is a global leader in commercial oil filtration, renowned for technological innovation and manufacturing excellence – supporting more than 40,000 customers worldwide.

“Representing the most powerful filtration system the company has ever built, the new Vito VL delivers 125% more filter area and a 116% higher particle flow rate than the existing models in the portable range.

“Designed to be used before, during and after service, the Vito VL can be placed directly into hot oil and after just a few minutes, allows an operator to continue cooking in clean, freshly filtered oil.

“Delivering oil savings of up to 50% per year, the Vito VL also helps to improve both the quality of fried foods and general safety in a busy kitchen.”
