Although Wibble is a relatively new entrant in the ambient dessert space, it has already won contracts to supply its jelly crystals to the education and healthcare sectors.

Founded by Laura Friederich in 2020 it took two years of recipe development to ‘perfect the unique quick set’, plant-based jelly crystals. Key features of Wibble jelly crystals:

  • Plant-Based: Wibble jelly crystals are vegan with nothing artificial, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers and inclusive of dietary requirements.
