Association of Catering Excellence extends entry deadline to Robyns Award
Abstract
The entry deadline for the eighth year of the Robyns Award, which aims to showcase young talent within the foodservice sector, has been extended to 5pm on Friday 6th June 2025 to give those finishing their entries more time.

The ACE Robyns Award has been created by the Association of Catering Excellence in memory of Robyn Jones OBE FIH, founder of CH&CO, who passed away in September 2015. Robyn was known for her tireless work in the mentoring, training and development of young talent.

This award puts the spotlight on the next generation of the industry, something Robyn was always at the forefront of promoting. The award recognises up-and-coming talent in all aspects of contract catering, from chefs to marketers and from butlers to business development staff.

The award is open to talented team members aged 35 and under, who truly have what it takes to make a ‘real difference’ in the industry, whether that’s cooking, serving or driving a business forward. This year, for the first time, nominees can self-nominate as well as be nominated by a colleague or line manager.

The winner of the ACE Robyns Award 2025 will receive a prize from sponsors Troika, the Robyns Trophy, lifetime membership of ACE and mentorship from their chosen ACE board member. Those in second and third place will receive restaurant vouchers of their choice.
