Caterers AiP retains Central Foundation Boys school contract

Public and private education catering contractors Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has retained an annual contract worth £300,000 at a 100 year old school.

AiP has worked with the Central Foundation Boys Foundation, London for over eight year’s years and will commence a further contracted year in September.

A main meal and dessert will continue to cost £2.20 per day with varied offerings to suit all dietary and ethnic requirements. Tasty options include Singapore turkey stir fry, vegetable samosa with savoury rice, baked potatoes and sweet helpings of mandarin sponge, summer fruits and homemade cheesecake.

David Weller, managing director for AiP, said: “With such a high standard of academia, a healthy diet is essential for concentration and mental development.

"The canteen has recently been redecorated to maintain health, safety and aesthetic standards so we’re are very excited to be able to continue developing our relationship with Central Boys Foundation.”
