Abstract
Independent catering company Vacherin has won two new business contracts with a combined turnover of over £1 million.
The company will provide catering for events held at the Royal Society of Chemistry in Burlington House, as well as the public café and event space at the Building Centre in central London. Vacherin commercial director Phil Roker said: "We are very privileged to able to work with two such iconic venues in the heart of the capital and we are honoured that they've put their trust in our team. I have complete faith that we will be able to deliver high quality food and service to match the superiority of the venues." Colin Henderson, chief executive for the Building Centre added: "We wanted a catering company who understood our ethos and Vacherin fit the bill perfectly. Apart from the business side of things, they are also very 'green aware' and care about the environment which is a primary factor for our customers." Lisa Guastella, hospitality manager for the Royal Society of Chemistry, continued: "Vacherin is a great company and we are looking forward to working closely with the team to raise awareness of the fantastic facilities that we have here at Burlington House."
