The Warwickshire based firm has launch a beverage division to strengthen its corporate and trade events offering.
Andrew Oxford is leading The Chopping Block’s beverage team operating at functions and events across the country.
Andrew said: “This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of The Chopping Block.
“From meeting with the directors it is clear to see the company has made huge strides over the last few years and the challenge of helping the business expand its beverage offering at a wide range of events really appealed to me.
“We’re developing some exciting plans, such as re-designing the layout of the bars at some of the venues we’re operating at, and I’m looking forward to playing an integral role in the future of the company.”
The Chopping Block specialises in food and drink catering for corporate events, festivals and weddings. It is part of the Venue Group, a provider of bespoke event management to rural venues and country estates.
