City caterer Avenance gains Institute of Hospitality accreditation

Hospitality Assured sees businesses put through a rigorous accreditation process that examines 10 key measurable steps, from business planning and strategy, to training and development of employees, through to delivery of service. Comments of praise in the IoH report included: "There was evidence of strong and harmonious working relationships between catering managers and their clients."
