All products such as the canapés, pastries and celebration cakes are prepared by students and graduates of The Clink Charity’s accredited hospitality and bakery programmes, with trainees learning both inside prisons and within the community.
Participants work towards City & Guilds qualifications in professional cookery and baking, gaining practical skills, confidence and a clear pathway into employment after release - with the overarching aim of reducing re-offending.
For the ‘perfect’ lunch spread customers can choose the High Down Collection, which serves 10–12 and is priced at £265. The platter includes sandwiches such as roast ham with mustard slaw, salmon and cream cheese, roast beef with pesto and rocket, or a hummus and grilled vegetable option.
These are complemented by savoury finger items including a rich roast tomato and mozzarella tart or teriyaki salmon bites. To finish, customers can enjoy classic cakes such as a sticky toffee and date teacake or a traditional Victoria sandwich.
A highlight of the service is the Bakery Collection, showcasing hand-crafted cakes, cookies, buns, loaves and traybakes produced at The Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton. Bakery items are currently available for collection only, with plans underway to introduce wider delivery by Spring 2026.
