This leadership change follows Aramark UK’s acquisition of Graysons in 2023, where it now forms part of the workplace & curated companies division. White steps into the role with over 40 years of culinary and operational experience.
He was part of Graysons’ founding team and after various senior positions across the industry he returned three years ago as operations director. He’s played a key role in expanding the business, leading mobilisations, and strengthening client relationships across a diverse portfolio of venues, visitor attractions and workplace sites.
In his new role, White will continue to shape Graysons’ strategic direction, with a renewed focus on elevating its unique brand, deepening local supplier partnerships and strengthening its long-standing commitment to sustainability.

White succeeds Tim O’Neill, who has stepped down following a successful period of stewardship. O’Neill leaves with the business in a strong position, having played a key role in the transition of the unique Graysons brand into the Aramark family.
