Ritson, who has been with Lexington for seven years, has held senior leadership positions including operations director and most recently divisional director. Known for his strong people leadership and focus on culture, Ritson has helped the business achieve sustained success and operational excellence.
Throughout his tenure, Lexington Catering says he has been ‘instrumental’ in driving innovation and business growth, and guiding the company through challenging market conditions including the global pandemic and the hybrid working landscape.
Speaking about his appointment, Ritson said: “I am thrilled and honoured to be appointed as Lexington’s managing director. With over 25 years’ experience in the catering and hospitality sector, Ritson has also held senior positions at Compass, Bartlett Mitchell and CH&CO. Ritson will report into Matt Wood, managing director of Elior UK's entire business & industry (B&I) operations.
