Abstract
Elior UK has won a new two year contract to supply catering to Wiltshire Council.

It will operate across three sites: A brand new facility at County Hall in Trowbridge, Monkton Park in Chippenham and Shurnhold in Melksham.

The caterer will transform the menu content and create a buzz of excitement that encourages use of the facilities and increases average spend. These include: Umami - build your own soup, Juiced - fresh juice bar and street food concept, ChU.

There will also be a number of regular themed events for customers including barista training, cookery school and chef demonstrations.

Neil Ward, head of Strategic Property Services, Wiltshire Council, said: “We were looking for a catering partner to provide a service which harmonises with our fantastic new facility in Trowbridge, and re-invigorates the existing service at our other two sites.”

Jacqui Dunn, operations manager, Elior UK added: “We are delighted to be awarded the Wiltshire Council contract and have really focused on delivering the vision that we share with our clients for a customer-focused service.

“The new County Hall building at Trowbridge was an exciting challenge for us to meet the needs of both employees and visitors to the new library located here and we have received excellent feedback from customers. We will build our great partnership further by continuing to develop and build on the truly successful opening.”
