Elior UK’s rebranding plans announced at Arena Face 2 Face event

28th Sep 2011 - 00:00
Abstract
Tim Hammond, chief executive of Elior UK, took to the stage at this year’s Arena Face 2 Face event to announce the rebranding of the company.
Hammond unveiled the details during an in-depth conversation with Alastair Stewart OBE in front of over 220 industry professionals last week at The Dorchester in London. He went on to acknowledge that the current branding structure of Elior UK is confusing and declared that, with the exception of Azure, the essential rebranding project will be completed within six months. The rebranding of Azure, Elior UK's stadia, sports and leisure division, will have a longer time scale of approximately two years due to its exceptional nationwide reputation. In addition to the topic of branding, other key issues covered included customer service, staff training, food concepts, the economy and leadership. Hammond also spoke out about his career path and experiences that have shaped his leadership style and business philosophy, and his plans for Elior UK. Hammond genuinely believes that Elior UK's stance on the customer experience will be a wonderful rallying point for everyone working, and wanting to work, in the company, going as far as to say "if you don't like people, you're better off not coming to us."
