Exercise Joint Caterer competition to take place at 2025 PSC Expo
Abstract
The Exercise Joint Caterer (EJC), the flagship competition for Armed Forces chefs and catering teams, will take place during the Public Sector Catering Expo on 18-19th November.

A tri-service competition with a wide range of culinary classes, it will take place over two-days at the PSC Expo. It is a showcase of skills and challenges chefs at the highest level, demonstrating the role military caterers play in the delivery of an effective armed force.

The competition attracts hundreds of chefs from across the forces, many of whom will be competing and supporting their colleagues. EJC is renowned in the industry for generating a ‘vibrant and exciting’ energy that will inspire visitors and exhibitors alike.

Alongside the EJC, The Public Sector Catering Expo brings together chefs and caterers from across all areas of the public sector including schools, universities, hospitals, care homes, prisons, the Armed Forces and catering colleges.

The 2025 edition of the PSC Expo will once again be taking place at the NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire following the success of the event in 2023. Those working in a public sector catering environment can register to attend the unique event free of charge.
