Abstract
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) will be hosting a seminar on bottled water legislation in December at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Manchester as part of continuing commitment to engage with producers and local authorities to support practical understanding of food law.
The course will be for a whole day, with the morning consisting of presentations about bottled water legislation. This includes the legislation covering bottled water (natural mineral water, spring water and bottled drinking water), challenges and the practical issues with enforcement. The morning session is open to industry and local authority participants.
Meanwhile the afternoon session will be for local authority participants only and will look at some scenarios involving groundwater and other bottled water sources.
