Sir Francis created Graysons in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience, integrity and vision. His founding principles continue to shape the business today.
He is widely regarded as the architect of the modern Compass Group. Sir Francis led the company’s growth into the world’s largest contract catering business, ‘transforming’ the industry through innovation, expansion and excellence.
Later in life, Sir Francis founded Graysons to build a business rooted in quality, professionalism and strong relationships. He received a knighthood in 2003 for services to hospitality and to charity.
