These strategic changes follow the appointment of Sarah Miller as managing director earlier this year. The expanded senior team highlights Green & Fortune’s commitment to growth, innovation and investing in talent as it continues to evolve across its five London venues.
Rampat, who was most recently innovation chef at Lexington Catering, has over 20 years of culinary experience. His experience spans high-end events, contract catering, and entrepreneurial ventures including founding the Peng Kitchen and collaborating with The Future Plate to champion African and Caribbean cuisines.
Williams, who has been with Green & Fortune since 2011, moves from her position as chief operating officer into a newly created director role. She will now focus on business development, drawing on her operational knowledge and playing a key role in expanding the company’s footprint and client base.
John Nugent, founder and chief executive of Green & Fortune, commented: "This newly formed and focused senior team gives us renewed momentum as we look to the future.
“Emma’s contribution to the growth of Green & Fortune is widely recognised and I am personally very grateful for all that has been achieved to date. With Sarah stepping into her new role and the added drive Dan brings, we are exceptionally well positioned to enter the next phase of our development."
