Public sector chefs working across the industry will deliver a cooking demonstration whilst talking to Si King about working in their specific sector. Si King is best known for being one half of the Hairy Bikers duo alongside the late Dave Myers.
The Hairy Bikers duo entertained people with their TV shows and books for the past two decades, having sold more than six million copies of their books. Their unique blend of foodie expertise, humour and motorbike enthusiasm earned them a loyal following.
Public Sector Catering Kitchen aims to showcase the great work of chefs and caterers across the public sector who continue to feed the nation healthy, sustainable and nutritious foods. The public sector chefs taking part will be announced in due course.
