Heathcotes Outside gains catering contract with Lancashire County Cricket Club

Heathcotes Outside, a division of the Lindley Group, has won a two year catering contract with Lancashire County Cricket Club.
The caterer will assist in developing the hospitality and banqueting services at the renowned Old Trafford cricket ground. And as part of the arrangement, top chef Paul Heathcote – founder of Heathcotes Outside – is taking up the role of catering consultant at Lancashire CCC where he will work alongside head chef Nic Ashurst to create menus based on using the best quality local produce. Commenting on the new liaison Geoff Durbin, Lancashire CCC's commercial director said: "At LCCC we have always focused on providing the very highest standards of food and service for our customers. "The Lancashire catering team has established an excellent reputation for the quality of its cuisine, and we saw the opening of The Point as a perfect opportunity to collaborate with Heathcotes Outside. "As one of the market leaders in this field Heathcotes Outside is accredited with raising the bar in sports hospitality catering, and Paul's input will undoubtedly bring a new dimension to our catering and conference and banqueting operations." Gary Bates, managing director of Heathcotes Outside, added: "Heathcotes Outside's roots are very firmly in the north west and we're delighted to have the opportunity to work with Lancashire CCC on as they embark on an exciting new era which will consolidate Old Trafford's reputation as a premiere hospitality venue offering an exquisite fine dining experience." The value of the Lancashire CCC contract is not being disclosed.
