Hobart’s dealer exclusive Ecomax range of equipment has expanded its portfolio to include ‘value-for-money’ cooking products.
Created in 2003 the Ecomax brand has traditionally offered dishwashers for the requirements of a small or medium sized business.
Hobart UK has aligned its warewashing and cooking divisions into a single sales and administration operation, making this change possible.
Tim Bender, sales director at Hobart Equipment Division, said: “We know that introducing a cooking range is absolutely the right thing to do based on how successful the Ecomax warewash range has been for dealers, allowing them to specify equipment with an advantageous mix of build quality, reliability and more functional pricing.
“At a time when hospitality operators are feeling the pinch, the introduction of options like this can make all the difference."
