Kendal College students treated to tutoring from The Boho Chef
Abstract
Catering students at Kendal College were treated to a masterclass in traditional Bolognese cookery when Boho Chef, Stefano Corvucci, spent a morning tutoring them during his first ever culinary visit to the UK.

Corvucci shared the tips and techniques underpinning traditional Bolognese cookery with the students and explained his approach to cooking. He also demonstrated the art of making authentic Bolognese sauce, tomato sauce and Bolognese sausage sauce, as well as showcasing his risotto techniques and explaining how to make the perfect broths for meat, shellfish and fish risotto dishes.

Stefano Corvucci said: “I am passionate about authentic Bolognese cooking, so to have the opportunity to tutor some of the UK’s top chefs of the future was fantastic. To be able to work with young people, who are as passionate about food as I am, is something very special.”

Stefano is the head and founder of CIBO, the Culinary Institute of Bologna.
