The contract will see Medirest deliver a range of food and support services to South Bristol Community Hospital, including patient dining and a Deli Marche retail café. A Steamplicity system will provide patients with a choice of 28 steam-cooked main meals to choose from each day.

The Trust consists of a group of hospitals in the heart of Bristol, with over 8,000 staff that offers over 100 different clinical services across nine sites. Medirest is a catering and support service provider in the healthcare market.
