Abstract
Green & Fortune, the independent hospitality group founded by John Nugent and Peter Millican, has announced a series of major business developments and senior appointments as the company continues its next phase of growth across London’s hospitality, events and cultural sectors.

Alongside its landmark appointment as the exclusive hospitality partner for London Museum in Smithfield, opening towards the end of 2026, Green & Fortune has also secured new partnerships with the Royal College of Nursing and London Museum Docklands.

Founded in 2008, Green & Fortune operates across the full spectrum of hospitality, events and workplace dining, with a portfolio spanning restaurants, cafés, bars, event venues and cultural destinations across London.

As part of this next phase of growth, Green & Fortune has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Kate McIntosh as sales & marketing director and the promotion of Kasia Koziel to people director.

McIntosh joins the business with more than 20 years’ experience across hospitality, events and venue sales. Green & Fortune has promoted Koziel from head of people following her graduation from the Boardwalk leadership mentoring programme.

John Nugent, founder & chief executive of Green & Fortune, said: We’ve always believed hospitality should create a genuine sense of place and community, and it feels incredibly exciting to be entering this next chapter of growth for the business.

“The opportunities we are now working on, from London Museum through to our expanding events and hospitality portfolio, reflect the strength of the team we have built and the relationships we’ve developed over the last 18 years.”

Earlier this year, Green & Fortune achieved B Corp certification, reflecting its ongoing commitment to sustainability, responsible business and long-term social impact.
