NACC to host menu planning for special diets webinar

The National Association of Care Catering (NACC) will host a virtual seminar on Thursday 28 January from 2:00-4:00pm discussing menu planning for special diets in a care home setting.

The topics discussed will include diabetes in the care home, the importance of hydration, best practice for gluten free products and vegetarian diets in care homes.

The keynote speakers include Emily Hampton head of food policy at Coeliac UK, Gary Kilminster & Robin Dudley of Essential Cuisine and Alex Connell chef at Vegetarian for Life.
