With registration up by over 23% and footfall seeing nearly 30% growth, Nisbets says the event was ‘bigger and better than ever’. New for 2025 was the Digital Kitchen Cook Live and Catering for Growth which offered new insights into industry trends.
Richard Ebbs, head of product sales effectiveness at Nisbets UK, said: “Our success is testament to the hard work and dedication of all our departments. It is fantastic to see our effort and teamwork to come together in such a successful event which showcases Nisbets at its best.”
For 2025, the Sustainability Award went to Santos for its ‘exceptional improvements’ in a variety of areas, particularly their moulded cellulose packaging reduced energy use during manufacturing and emphasis on products that are ‘built to last’.
Mark Conron explained Nisbets sustainability initiatives: “As a leader in sustainability, we are immensely pleased of the significant strides taken in our own efforts to be more eco-friendly. We have removed over 40 tonnes of plastic from our product packaging in two years and aim to remove an additional 20 tonnes for 2025.”
