PACE Forum announces Hilton London Docklands as venue for 2016
Abstract
The Professional Association for Catering Education (PACE) is bringing its learning and development forum to the capital for 2016.

From March 9-11th at Hilton London Docklands the PACE Forum 2016, entitled Sharing and Shaping the Future Together, supports PACE’s efforts to build mutually-beneficial links between industry employers and colleges and spotlight the exciting career opportunities within the hospitality industry.

New for 2016, the ‘meet the employer’ networking brunch and showcase will facilitate and strengthen interaction between schools, colleges and universities offering culinary and hospitality courses and sector employers.

The relevant programme of workshops, round table discussions, live culinary and hospitality masterclasses, respected speakers, networking sessions and dedicated exhibition will focus delegate attention on the latest topics, trends, advances, government legislation and funding developments affecting the sector, plus product innovation in the market place.

Geoff Booth, national chair, PACE, said: “The exciting new venue and action-packed programme covering topical and relevant issues and skills will give delegates a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and gain new perspectives that will enhance and excel training and education for our industry.”

On the Thursday, hospitality and culinary education professionals will recognise and celebrate excellence and exceptional contributions in the field.
