Abstract
The Westminster Food & Nutrition Forum on April 27th will discuss implementing policy in sugar reduction, including the latest on the government’s soft drinks industry levy.
Sharon Hodgson MP, shadow minister, will co-chair the event with Dr Philippa Whitford, SNP’s spokesperson for health. Also at the event will be Dr Alison Tedstone, chief nutritionist at Public Health England, and Mark Lloyd, soft drinks industry levy lead for HM Treasury.
Points for discussion include creating healthy food environments and the future for food and drink regulation.
