The WELL Accreditation formally positions workplace food within the same health performance framework as air, light and water in certified buildings.
Since their B Corp certification, the company has strengthened its commitment to regenerative sourcing, carbon tracking and nutrition-first menu design, embedding impact deeper into daily operations rather than treating B Corp as just a badge.
In 2025, the founders expanded their mission with the launch of NUUDA, a direct to consumer, chef prepared, nutritionist designed ready meal brand focused on metabolic health, balanced macronutrients and low waste frozen innovation.
Emily Warburton-Adams, co-founder Pow Food Catering & NUUDA, said: “We never pursued certifications for the logos, we pursued them to hold ourselves accountable. Food businesses sit at the intersection of human health and planetary health, yet catering has traditionally been treated as a service, not a system.
“B Corp pushed us to measure our impact, WELL recognised food as part of workplace health, and NUUDA is how we take that responsibility into people’s homes. Our goal isn’t just to feed people - it’s to prove that scale and integrity can grow together.”
