Cost Sector Catering’s PS100 will host a culinary showcase and panel discussion at the Great Hospitality Show at Birmingham’s NEC in January.
Taking place on the Tuesday of the three-day industry exhibition, the PS100 will host a panel discussion on how the hospitality industry can meet the nutritional needs of the nation on The Stage at 2pm.
The panel discussion will feature TUCO chair Matthew White, LACA chair Sally Shadrack, and Neel Radia, NACC chair.
This will follow the PS100 showcase earlier in the day, which will feature LACA’s School Chef of the Year Kath Breckon, the HCA’s Richard Kirton and Ian Cannon, as well as the NACC’s Martin McKee and Tony Green.
