The last five categories to be unveiled are the Chef of the Year Award, Armed Forces Caterer of the Year Award, Team of the Year Award, Unsung Hero Award and Training and Apprenticeship Award. A full round-up of shortlisted finalists will be published tomorrow (6th March).
The Armed Forces Caterer of the Year Award is unique as it is not open for nominations from the public. All entries must be passed to the command of each area of the armed forces for consideration. If you would like to see the winners crowned in person, book your place at the upcoming PSC Awards.
The Public Sector Catering Awards celebrate individuals and teams that work within the industry. The awards are open to individuals, teams, companies and organisations including contract caterers operating in a public sector environment.
The Public Sector Catering Awards sponsors are apetito, Cereal Partners, Essential Cuisine, Rational, Wafflemeister, Middleton Foods, Brakes, the Public Sector Catering Alliance, Premier Foods Foodservice, Bidfood and TUCO.
