Abstract
The Hotelympia 10k race, which has a target of 2012 runners for 2012, is looking for people within the industry to help launch the event next week (15 March).
The organisers are calling for 500 people to come along at 11.30am and meet on the steps of the Novotel ExCel in London and to give 90 minutes of their time to make a movie that w ll be streamed on-line to encourage entries.
A total of 500 people need to turn up (flash mob style), put on a T-shirt – which the organisers provide (you can keep) and then they will receive a goodie bag.
Launch event participants will also get the chance to meet Olympic hopeful Conrad Williams, the 2012 Hotelympia10K 'Face of the Race'.
The first 200 participants who register online to come along at www.hotelympia10k.com/2012 will have their T-shirt and goodie bag for the launch event on March 15th secured.
Registrations for the run will be open from 15th March 2011.
