Senior administrator at CH&Co crowned 'Newcomer of the Year'

The Newcomer of the Year award is aimed at people who have been in their job for less than four years and are at the start of their careers. Watkins from Tilehurst in Reading, Berkshire joined CH&Co in March 2009 and has the task of looking after the administrative needs of two managing directors, four operations directors and the group's food director, David Cavalier. Commenting on her success, Watkins said: "To have been shortlisted for the Newcomer of the Year award was an achievement in itself but to win was beyond my expectations! I must say a huge thank you to Rebecca Simpson, PA to Robyn Jones, and to the directors and senior team at CH&Co for their support and encouragement." As well as receiving a bouquet of flowers and a glass trophy, Watkins won a weekend break for two at the Royal Garden Hotel.
