FutureChef Alumni Ruth Hansom, Steffan Davies, Conor McLean and April Partidge were awarded the Chairman’s 25th Anniversary Award.
The hospitality industry turned out in force at Novotel London West on the 2nd November to see who had been crowned winners at this year’s glittering awards ceremony.

After a huge number of entries, the judges were set a tough task, not only to go through the volume of entries, but the standard of the entries were of the highest quality.
