Stuart Long, who has been a regional committee member for LACA Wales for five years, said he was very proud to have been recognised at the awards, which recognise excellence within the school meals services in the LACA Welsh region.
“It’s a privilege to receive this award and join many people I respect on the roll of honour,” said Stuart. “It was also fantastic to see the efforts of those who organised the 2014 awards come to fruition and witness the event becoming better and more exciting every year.”
