Abstract
According to a study by money.co.uk Europe’s most loved hot sauces have been revealed ranging from sriracha to hot chilli pepper paste harissa.
Sriracha was the most popular sauce in nine European countries with 129,100 searches each month, including the UK, the Netherlands, and Poland.
Hot sauce fans in France, Ireland, and Finland prefer harissa, the spicy sauce was the most popular in seven European countries with 21,600 overall searches each month.
The study showed Germany had the most searches for hot sauce, closely followed by the UK. The three most popular hot sauces in the UK are sriracha, gochujang and harissa.
