Top chefs take part in Pembrokeshire Fish Week

Five top chefs are set to take part in a cookery masterclass at the Pembrokeshire Fish Week event in June.
The chefs showing off their culinary skills are Mark Hix, Valentine Warner, Mitch Tonks, Bryn Williams and Anthony Evans. Pembrokeshire Fish Week is an annual event that celebrates seafood, maritime heritage and coastline of resorts such as Tenby and Saundersfoot. Organiser Kate Morgan believes the addition of five leading culinary experts will bring an extra dimension to this year's festivities. "I'm sure it's going to be lots of fun, with some really inventive and inspiring seafood cookery." The masterclass will be entitled Cook Your Catch, with the chefs challenged to produce a meal from fish caught by them earlier in the day off the south Pembrokeshire coast. More than 250 events are due to take place during Pembrokeshire Fish Week, which will run from Saturday June 25th to Sunday July 3rd. The masterclass will take place at Milford Haven's Torch Theatre.
