David and Stephen Flynn, twins from Ireland who founded The Happy Pear in 2004 will try to ‘inspire’ people to eat more vegetables. They have two million followers and 50 million YouTube views. Delegates will hear about their five pillars to more joy and less stress.
The ‘UK Ambassador for Happiness’ Action Jackson will offer insights into the key to fulfilment in life and work, Jamil Qureshi will discuss maintaining high performance and Katy Moses will be delving into the topic of hospitality sector remuneration and staff retention.
