Umbrella Evolve launches to bridge gap in hospitality training
Abstract
A new company specialising in hospitality training Umbrella Evolve has launched to provide affordable and flexible training programmes in response to the growing needs of the industry.

Umbrella Evolve provides training programmes that can be quickly rolled out across teams, whilst still being tailored to suit individual business needs.

These products enable employers to close skills gaps, retain talent, and build confident, capable teams without the cost or time commitment of higher cost consultancies or long-form training. Delivered by industry specialist facilitators, training can be accessed in person, virtually or through blended learning.

Adele Oxberry, founder of Umbrella Evolve, said: “Umbrella Evolve was created in response to a growing need for training programmes that are shorter term, adaptable and delivered by specialists cost effectively. Too many businesses are losing good people because training pathways or costs don’t fit the realities of hospitality.

“Apprenticeships remain a powerful tool, but they’re not always the right fit. Evolve bridges that gap with bite-sized, cost-effective learning that strengthens retention strategies and equips teams with the skills to grow and succeed.”

The programmes are pre-built but adaptable to flex to businesses’ requirements, allowing them to shape learning to their culture and goals without starting from scratch. For more information on Umbrella Evolve and the products they provide, please visit: www.umbrella-evolve.co.uk
