Abstract
Unilever Food Solutions has crowned Grace Muriel House in St Albans the winners of its festive gingerbread challenge.
Grace Muriel House has been awarded a new KitchenAid, having been picked out from 20 winning entries.
Sylvie Silver, director of National Activity Providers Association and head judge, said: “With so many creative submissions, picking just 20 winning entries was tough. We’ve seen trains, gingerbread villages and even a lighthouse. In the end, we chose the 20 care homes which we felt got residents involved the best. After all, that’s what the challenge is all about.”
All 20 winners will also feature in a booklet of winner gingerbread house from UFS.
