Arriving just in time for summer menus, the new range is helping restaurants, gastro pubs and caterers to add more luxurious options to their menus. The new lines have been added following the success of JJ’s Advance Order fresh salmon, sea bass, sea bream, cod, and haddock, which launched in January this year.
Sezer Ozkul, chief product officer for JJ Foodservice, said: “Flaked into a lobster roll or mac and cheese, our cooked lobster can turn everyday favourites into menu showstoppers.”
Wild caught in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean, the lobsters are frozen and sold individually (1x400g) from just £11.99 per crustacean. Ready to pan-fry, the fresh scallops (1x1kg tub) offer a ‘sweet, plump, and delicate flavour’.
Perfect for crab cakes, canapes or pasta dishes and salads, the fresh hand-picked White Crabmeat (1x454g) offers moist, chunky, ready-to-eat flakes of meat. The crab is pot caught in the Western English Channel and North Sea, and processed in Devon.
