Alternatively schools can use ready-prepared chilled or frozen meals because both can be regenerated and safely served in Rieber thermoport food transport trolleys.
Trolleys can be pre-heated in the main kitchen and once filled with meals and plates, they can be wheeled to classrooms and plugged in again to maintain serving temperature.
The serving height of 963mm means children get a good view of the food on offer but it also ensures the trolley has enough capacity to feed up to 50 meals from on fill.
