Abstract
Calder Foods, manufacturer of sandwich fillings and marinades, has launched an ‘authentic’ flavour of India with marinated tandoori chicken strips.
The sliced and cooked chicken breast is coated in a spicy tandoori marinade to create a versatile product. It can be used as a pizza topping, stuffed into naan bread, on skewers with grilled vegetables, layered on rice or as a chicken tandoori biryani.
The marinated tandoori chicken is ready to eat in 1kg packs. It is marinated with herbs and spices to ‘ensure maximum flavour.’
